An Independent Space for Music, Image and Encounter
Deep-Cut is an independent live music and cultural platform based in Yerevan. We create carefully curated sessions where music, visual culture, space and audience become part of one shared experience. Each event is temporary, intimate and shaped around the artists inside it.
One Room at a Time
Deep-Cut is not a fixed venue or a conventional concert series. For every session, we find, borrow or temporarily transform a space that fits the artists and the emotional direction of the night. The location, sound, lighting, visual work and hospitality are considered together rather than added as separate elements. Capacity remains deliberately limited. The purpose is not to make the room feel larger than it is, but to protect the closeness between the performers and the people present.
Principles
The Room Is Part of the Work
The venue is never only a container. Its architecture, surfaces, acoustics, lighting and movement affect how the music is experienced. Where possible, the space is developed with independent visual artists and local creatives.
Fewer Acts, Clearer Journeys
Deep-Cut does not build lineups simply to fill a schedule. Each session brings together a small number of artists whose work can form a coherent emotional progression across the night.
Live Music Should Still Feel Like Discovery
A temporary room. A small audience. A carefully chosen programme. One night that cannot be repeated in exactly the same form.
